It's an abandoned Russian brain research facility... I found the link to this on reddit.com. I don't have any info beyond that. Hopefully the original poster does.

Did it smell bad in there with all those rotten tid bits just laying around?

BTW - Those are the creepiest and most striking pictures with the heads/jaws. So realistic, almost too realistic, like movie props, I love 'em!

Pretty creepy place, although it doesn't look well equipped enough to conduct any serious research.
